New: Access control and permissions
Permissions have been rebuilt from the ground up. You now control exactly what each person can see and do, down to the individual record type and action.
Manage all of this under Admin → Roles, Permissions, and User Groups. See the Administration guide.
New: Learning Library
The Learning module now includes a full course library. Build courses with lessons, attach a quiz using the quiz builder, set a certification that's awarded on completion, and track enrolments and expiry dates across your team. See the Learning & Performance guide.
New: 360-degree feedback
Performance now supports 360 feedback - gather input from a person's manager, peers, and direct reports alongside their self-assessment, then review the aggregated results. Sits alongside review cycles, goals, and reviews.
New: Products, Services & Inventory
A new catalogue lets you define the products and services your business sells, organise them into a category tree, and manage stock and locations. See the Products, Services & Inventory guide.
New: Insurance & Workers' Compensation
Track insurance policies, certificates of currency, premium payments, and lodge and manage claims (including workers' compensation) from one register. See the Insurance guide.
New: Disputes & Grievances
Log and manage workplace grievances and disputes as cases, track them through to resolution, and escalate to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) where needed. See the Disputes & Grievances guide.

New: Mobile app Help & Support
The Mployr mobile app now has a built-in Help & Support section under Profile, with quick answers for clocking on, timesheets, payslips, leave, rosters and shift swaps - plus a one-tap way to contact support.

New: Remember selected filters
You can now have Mployr remember the filters you set on list pages - so the next time you open the same page, your search text, status picks, date range, assignee filter, and so on are restored automatically.
How to turn it on- Click your avatar in the top right
The preference is stored per user, so enabling it on one device applies everywhere you log in.

Using the Clear all button on a list page resets the filters for that page in the same way it always did. Turning the preference off stops new filters from being saved - your existing saved filters remain in place until you change them.

New: Dashboard cards use your theme colours
Dashboard and Accounting dashboard cards now pull their accent colours from your active theme rather than a fixed palette. If you switch themes - light, dark, or a custom theme you've saved under Settings → Theme - the dashboard re-colours to match.
No setup needed; this happens automatically.

New: Free tools on the Mployr website
A suite of free calculators is now available on the public Mployr website - no login required. Share them with your team, clients, or anyone who finds them useful.
